The companion app for Twilight's Eve Evo
Load your heroes, plan and craft your gear, read every raid and find the next lobby. One quiet window next to Warcraft III, made by a player for the players.

Three promises behind every version
Made with love for the game
Built by a player of Twilight's Eve, for the people who play it. Every number comes from the map itself, crafting follows the game's own rules, and nothing ever touches your saves.
Light on your PC
A small native app, 18.6 MB to install, that uses Windows' own web engine instead of shipping a whole browser. It sits quietly next to Warcraft while you play.
Open, every line of it
Free software under the AGPL-3.0 licence, with all of its code public on Codeberg. No ads, no account, nothing to buy. Anyone can read exactly what it does.
Everything around the game, in one place
Each part is built from the map's own data and checked against real games.
Lobby badges
Other players with the app see a Verified badge next to your name in Warcraft's lobby, with your best heroes.
Hall of Fame
Prestige rankings overall, per class, this week and for collectors of class godlies.
Game History and #replays
Drops by hero and damage per run for your last raids. Games with drops post themselves to the Discord.
Item Planner
Pick the items you want: it splits them into phases, shows what to farm next and what you can craft right now.
Twilight Council
Send ideas and vote in polls. Many features in the app started as a player's suggestion.
English and 한국어
The whole app in Korean too, and colour themes, including one you make yourself.
Made by a player
I play Twilight's Eve myself, a Professional Witcher main, and Evo Helper Plus began as the tool I wanted next to my own game: my heroes in one place, the right numbers when I plan gear, and less time alt-tabbing for things the map already knows.
It grew with the community. Players send ideas through the Twilight Council, report what breaks, and test new versions before they go out. I read every suggestion, and I check what the app says against the map's own data and against real games, because a helper is only worth something if you can trust it.
It will stay free, open and light: no account to make, nothing to buy, no ads, and every line of its code public, so you never have to take my word for what it does.
Clear about what it does
No surprises: here is what the app touches on your PC, and what it shares.
On your PC
- Reads only Warcraft III's folders: saves, replays and the files the map writes.
- Never changes your saves. Crafting gives you a new code to load in game.
- Nothing is injected into the game. It only looks at the Warcraft window and presses keys for the helpers you switch on.
- Text recognition runs on your PC with Windows' own engine. Pictures of your game never leave it.
- Updates are signed: the app installs nothing else.
What it shares
- No account and no tracking. No ads, no analytics companies.
- Your characters go to the app's own server for your lobby badge and the Hall of Fame.
- Raid results and replays of games with drops keep the Build Lab honest and the rankings fair.
- Your data is deleted on request: email privacy@evohelperplus.com with the code from Settings → About.
Every detail, point by point, is in the privacy section of the source page.
Ready in under a minute
- Run the file. It installs in a few seconds, without admin rights.
- If Windows says "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway. The app is free and open source, but not paid-signed, so Windows doesn't know it yet.
- Open the app. It finds your Warcraft III folder by itself.
Check your download
8b2e8ee0dbd4a5442de6fa409be111c82492026159a754f89cf3de5023b7ac97This is the file's SHA-256 fingerprint: the same file as on Codeberg. See what dozens of virus scanners say on VirusTotal, or check it yourself: in PowerShell type Get-FileHash with a space, drag the file into the window and press Enter.
What's new in 1.8.5
New
- World Map: the Bard path, with the Bard statue, the Poet trainer and the quest givers Dess, Mera, Lily and Aesa.
Fixes
- #replays: games are found and posted correctly when you play two games at once. The game and its drops are now read from the replay itself.
- World Map, Dungeon Guides and drop chances: newly downloaded game data shows without restarting the app.
- Send log to developer: Auto Items no longer fills the log, so sent logs keep the whole session.
Good to know
Is it safe?
The whole source code is public, every download lists its fingerprint and VirusTotal check, and updates are signed so the app only installs genuine new versions. Some antivirus programs are cautious with it because it isn't paid-signed and because it looks at the game window and presses keys, the way macro tools do.
Does it change Warcraft III or the map?
No. It reads the files Warcraft and the map already write, looks at the game window, and presses keys only for the helpers you switch on yourself. Nothing is injected into the game, and your save files are never changed.
Do I need an account?
No. The app knows you by the BattleTag of your save folder. A small key file next to your saves proves your badge settings are yours; keep it when you move to a new PC.
How do updates work?
When a new version is out, a banner appears at the top of the app. Click Install and restart and you're done. New map versions usually don't even need an app update: the item and map data update on their own.
Does it cost anything?
No, and it never will. There is nothing to buy and no ads. It's free software: you may use it, share it and change it under the AGPL-3.0 licence.
Is it made by the map's creator?
No. Evo Helper Plus is a fan-made tool by a player of the map. It isn't affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
